Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid.

CANCEL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RESERVATION

Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night.

Before You Leave
During Your Stay

1: No parties or excessive noise: Tenants are not allowed to host parties or events that may disturb the peace and quiet of other residents. Excessive noise should be avoided during late hours to maintain a peaceful living environment.

2: No smoking inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas can be specified outside the property if desired.

3: Run dishwasher before leaving: Prior to vacating the property please run the dishwasher and ensure that all dishes are clean.

4: Trash disposal: Please dispose of all trash and garbage properly by taking it out to the designated waste collection area.

5: Maintenance reporting: Please report any maintenance or repair issues to the property manager, ensuring that they provide detailed information to facilitate a quick resolution.

6: Respect common areas: Please show respect to the property by keeping the property clean and tidy. If an abundance mess is left behind, additional cost may be added to your stay.

7: Reporting damages: Any damages caused must be reported immediately to property manager. The customer may be held responsible for the repair costs associated with any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

8: Pets policy: Pets are welcome in the rental property; however, customers must report all pets to the property manager before bringing them into the premises. This includes providing information about the type, breed, and number of pets. Any changes or additions to the pets must also be reported promptly.

Violation consequences: Specify the consequences for violating any of the house rules, which may include warnings, fines, lease termination, or legal action, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
